Celtic Americana Rock

Swagger has been honing their original brand of Celtic Rock at Festivals & Concert Halls across the United States. Known for their high-energy shows and antics Swagger has quickly expanded their fan base and keeps a busy tour schedule. Their music is the expected Irish celebration of drink, mischief, and pretty women, but also dares to explore oppression and take an emigrant’s perspective on the virtues and vices of American culture.

In the five years Swagger has been together they have recorded and released two albums (Trouble on the Green, 2008 and the Grave, 2010). Swagger’s 3rd. CD release will be coming out the fall of 2012. The group has shared the stage with “The Young Dubliners”, “The Prodigals”, Carlos Jones, Kate McCleod, “The Wild Celts” & SEE-I.

Swagger’s line up is as varied in their influences as they are in their origins. Calling on varied backgrounds in rock, ska, funk, jazz, classical, blues, country, and pop (just to name a few) they seek to find new and exciting fusions to keep concertgoers on their feet. The musicianship & live performances give their audience a complete entertainment package.
